Our earliest notes about our middle boy show us remarking about his great daring. At fourteen months he was dubbed with the middle name “Danger” because he learned to get out of the straps meant to hold him in his high chair. He stood right up and tried to ‘step’ out. Another time he pulled two lamps over, one of which hit him in the head so hard it cut him, and he bled so profusely blood ran down his face and onto the floor. Overall, after the initial shock wore off he was fine. Later his relatives started calling him “Tanker” because he plowed his way everywhere. He fell down often and was generally rough, with little stopping him.

And still today, at seventeen, he just keeps going.
